MadeWithMud Dolphin Mug
A wheel thrown dolphin mug made with stoneware clay.
Beware clay is a tougher more resilient clay, better suited to functional pottery like mugs.
Once thrown, dried and trimmed the handle and features are added.
It is then dried slowly and once bone dried is fired in the kiln.
The piece is then glazed and fired again. The whole process can take up to a month.
This particular mug is deceptively large but comfortable to hold and use.
Height - approx. 13.8cm tall
Volume - approx 738ml 26fl oz (to the brim)
This is my own design and is a beautiful quirky mug to treasure.
Everyone deserves a special mug in their life.
