We realised so many people were looking for a different kind of pizza and didn’t want to feel excluded – they wanted delicious pizza! After a year of painstaking development in a tiny kitchen above the pub (which also provided us with instant feedback from our local customers), and multiple car trips to Italy to source the finest ingredients, their first range of delicious plant-based and gluten-free Italian food was ready.

Today, our food includes pizza, pasta, focaccia, risotto, and ready meals, but our mission remains the same. To create delicious plant-based and gluten-free Italian food that everyone can enjoy.
