The vegan gardener pizza

A plant-based menagerie of the highest order. Succulent semi-sundried tomatoes on a bed of vegan mozzarella, peppered with crunchy kale and garnished with Italian basil pesto.

Flour blend (corn starch, inulin, hypromellose, guar gum, psyllium, rice, maize, buckwheat, potato starch, quinoa, powder sugar), water, tomato sauce (tomato pulp, semi-concentrate tomato paste, sunflower seed oil, onion, basil, salt, sugar, garlic), mozzarisella® dairy alternative (14%)(bio surice(water, germinated whole rice, salt, apple vinegar), coconut oil, lemon juice, agar agar, gum arabic, xantham gum, carob flour), sundried tomato (11%)(tomato, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, oregano), kale (9%), pesto (2.9%)(basil, sunflower oil, rehydrated potato flakes, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, nutritional yeast flakes, pine kernels, garlic, salt, vegetable fiber, lactic acid, black pepper, ascorbic acid), olive oil, salt, yeast.

We know from speaking to you everyday that reducing your environmental impact is key and here at White Rabbit we’re keen to do our bit for a cleaner, more sustainable planet. The plastic film around our pizza helps to keep them fresh and delicious for longer (without it they’d only be edible for a a day or two after we make them). We’re always on the hunt for more environmentally friendly plastics or ways to remove plastic completely. Our boxes and pizza disc are made from cardboard and can be recycled at home. Our plastic film can be recycled with plastic bags at larger supermarkets (we’re working on a list of stores with this facility!). We’re working hard to minimise our impact and are actively looking into how we progress our environmental agenda through 2022. This includes investigating whether we can track the carbon footprint of our pizzas, removing meat/dairy from our range and making plant-based food more widely available.
