Green Lanka Eco Science and Technologies Private Ltd was founded by a group of environmental entrepreneurs and engineers, looking for quality solutions to the problem of petroleum based plastic products. GLEST was born with its mission to replace all disposable plastics with high quality, innovative, renewable based bioplastics which meet ASTM 6400, EN 13432 & IS 17088 compostability standards.

GLEST products are now available to consumers and to businesses allowing everyone the opportunity to lessen their dependence on oil, lower their carbon footprint, and find non-toxic, safe alternatives to plastic. All our activities at GLEST are guided by our three-part mission statement.
