Sakura Jar Candle

In Japan, the sakura flower is a promise of hope and renewal. The small, scented cherry blossoms bloom for only a few weeks, a reminder of life’s fleeting beauty.

“I was influenced and inspired by gorgeous, graceful or elegant paintings of flowers and birds which were painted during the Japanese Muromachi era to Edo era,” says Fukasawa. “I add modern lightness into the drawings for sublimation.”

Sakura jar candle is made from 100% beeswax and finished with an FSC-certified sustainably sourced and gently crackling wooden wick. It is housed in a partly recycled glass jar with a sustainable bamboo lid and presented in a luxury no-plastic gift box.

Burns for approximately 50 hours.
