GREEN CERTIFICATION

Pursuing a green building certificate can be a challenging but very rewarding process. Green Quarter provides facilitation services to obtain certification from multiple green building certification programs. We will collaborate with all members of the project team to manage and achieve the project’s sustainability goals. SIMULATION TOOLS

Green Quarter has the capabilities and skills to conduct simulation modeling for buildings. We can accurately create a virtual simulation of any building with precise dimensions, materials, M&E systems, weather, and schedules. Simulation tools enables our clients to accurately quantify, measure, and visualize the performance of their buildings at the concept design stage, even before the building is constructed. We use simulation tools to optimize the building’s energy consumption by quantifying the effectiveness of energy saving systems. In other words, we are able to help you understand how much energy, each building system is saving, and if it is financially worthwhile to invest.

We also have the capability to do daylight harvesting design optimization using simulation tools, as well as CFD simulation for natural ventilation studies and rainwater harvesting simulation.

These simulation tools provide the documentation needed to qualify for energy, water, CFD, and daylighting credits in all certification programs.

Green Quarter consist of professional engineers in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering. We provide mechanical and electrical consultancy services for buildings which includes air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fire protection, plumbing, electrical distribution systems, lighting, and vertical transportation.

SUSTAINABLE RENOVATION

Green Quarter provides consultancy services for renovation/fit-out projects, ranging from private houses to small offices. We partner with interior designers to design and refurbish sustainable interior spaces. It is our passion to create spaces that have excellent indoor environmental quality, good daylight, practical, and is cost effective to construct.
