Coir netting is used in soil erosion control applications, to protect soil from detrimental effects of

erosion. It also helps in keeping seeds in place, supports seed germination and seeding growth until good vegetative cover is established. Geo nets are

biodegradable and also support growth and development of vegetation. These nets have a lifespan of approximately 4- 5 years.
