BUILDO AUTOCLAVED AERATED LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE (ALC) PANEL

Using cement, lime, silica sand and aluminum powder as raw materials, Buildo ALC Panels are produced under high temperature, high pressure and steam curing.

It is a high performing porous silicate with many advantages such as good fire-resistance, heat insulation, thermal insulation etc. and comes with a two-way welded steel reinforcement mesh (reinforcing bar) coated with anti-rust liquid. It can be used as internal wall panels, external wall panels, roof panels and floor slab panels.

Buildo ALC reinforced panels are made of inorganic materials, eliminating the problem of aging or weathering. With the same durability as concrete, they can serve for as long as the building lasts. ALC reinforced panels can also be recycled after wall removal without environmental pollution. Buildo ALC Panels are prefabricated to sizes with high precision, based on actual field measurements. It is light, and can be easily cut, grinded, and cored on site, drastically improving the efficiency and quality of installation.
