The 4Wieler is an innovative bicycle with stability and sturdiness as the most important feature. On the 4Wieler you sit with your whole body within the tilting lines of the bicycle, so that it is no longer possible to fall over.

On a 4Wieler you cycle as on a normal bicycle; you sit on a saddle, pedal down and have the handlebars right in front of you. As a result, you sit high, you have a good overview of the traffic and you are well seen by other road users. The ergonomic posture ensures that you use muscles in your back, abdomen and loins.

Due to the support and stability that the 4 wheels offer, getting on and off is very easy. With the parking brake you have support on the bicycle instead of the other way around, so the chance of falling when getting on and off is also minimal. While cycling you do not need the handlebars to cycle stably, it is possible to cycle without keeping your hands on the handlebars.

Steering takes little effort due to the unique construction of the front suspension where the wheels not only turn, but also tilt when steering. This allows you to make nice short turns without any problems. In addition, the wheels have suspension for optimum comfort and to ensure that the bicycle absorbs the impact and that you can easily countersteer or correct in the event of a steering error. The rack on the front of the bicycle is mounted on the frame so that its weight does not affect the steering.

In addition to steering, braking is also effortless; because the 4 wheels all brake, the wheels cannot block. The Solo Support bike is equipped with powerful disc brakes, but can also be supplied with hydraulic brakes for people with little strength in their hands due to, for example, osteoarthritis or rheumatism.

The Duofiets has 5 gears, so that pedaling does not take too much effort without support. When it gets too heavy, the pedal assistance and traction help always offer a solution. With the starting aid, the bicycle drives by itself, so pedaling is not necessary.

The e-bike is equipped with a 36-volt and 250-watt mid-mounted motor with 10 support positions. This motor is mounted in the middle of the bicycle and drives the sprocket, which actually makes pedaling easier. This is different from a traditional wheel or hub motor that pushes or pulls the bike in front. As a result, the motor does not make pedaling harder when it is switched off. Because the motor has a lot of torque of 80 newton meters, it also provides a lot of power at a low pedaling speed.

The bicycle can be supplied with a battery of 13, 17 and 20 amp hours. With a battery of 13 amp hour you can drive about km / hour. A 17 amp hour battery provides … and 20 for … This of course always depends on various factors such as how hard and whether you pedal along, whether the tires are properly inflated and whether the wind is blowing hard.

There you will receive the essential information about the unique characteristics of the bicycle and what they have as an advantage for you. Your safety comes first, which is why a test drive is mandatory and 4Wielers are not for sale through dealers. If traveling to Leiden is not an option for you, we can make an appointment at your home.
