Did you know over two billion phone cases are dumped into landfill every year! With that in mind it can take up to 1000 years for basic plastics to break down/decompose. Now that just doesn't sit right with us here at Freshar! Our compostable plastic phone cases and accessories are made from Flaxtic, our bioplastic recipe made from flax shive, Wheat straw and plant-based polymers. If tossed in a compost pile, our compostable plastic phone cases will degrade and return to nature in just a couple of months, leaving behind no harsh chemicals, residue, or toxins.
