Our fault-detection software provides real-time analytics to catch faults before they become an issue. The Arrival Service Platform determines what’s gone wrong, orders replacement parts in advance and assigns an Arrival-authenticated technician to make any repairs – all in one streamlined process. This prevents further damage, saves you time and reduces repair costs.
Modular components that are quick to fix
The Arrival Van has plug-and-play components that are quick to fix, replace or upgrade. All Van components are designed on a modular grid-based system. This modularity enables faster repairs by reducing complexity and making the Van easier to service. This ultimately lowers maintenance and repair costs, getting you back on the road faster.

Proprietary composite materials
The Van’s body panels are made from Arrival’s proprietary composite materials. They’re low cost, strong and lightweight – 50% lighter than steel for a longer range, yet durable and resistant to damage.
They bounce back from impacts instead of denting like sheet metal and they’re colored all the way through, so scratches don’t show. The result is a boosted residual value and reduced repair costs.
Maintenance & service network
The Global Service Network Programme is a new approach to servicing vehicles which ensures consistent, convenient access to support for customers through established and respected operators. Arrival has developed the Arrival Service Platform as part of the Van’s service and maintenance support, and continues to add partners to the network.
Real-time vehicle diagnostics
The Arrival Van has onboard sensors and embedded software that analyses the state of the vehicle and its components. Alongside predictive models, this data creates a real-time status of the vehicle that helps determine when service is needed, often times before an issue has occured.
The Arrival Service Platform
When repairs of the Van are required, the Arrival Service Platform uses the data it receives to build an optimised plan for the servicing including the parts needed, the level of technician required and any additional supporting material. The work is then arranged automatically or scheduled to your preference, and the Platform arranges the next steps for the repair with a technician
Arrival-authorised technicians
The Arrival Service Platform delivers training, certification and technical support directly to technicians. Efficient job documentation and automatic warranty authorisation support technicians through the entire servicing process.
If a technician encounters an unexpected issue during their work, Arrival service engineers are available to provide remote support via chat and live smart glasses sessions or in-person as required.
Efficient charging all over the UK
The Arrival Van is fully compatible with all major charging systems and comes with an 11kW AC onboard charger and can DC fast charge up to 87kW*. It can be charged anywhere – from a lower power AC home outlet to a dedicated DC charger.
