Every feature of the Arrival Bus is designed to create an unrivalled experience for both drivers and passengers.

The layout of the Bus is inclusive and accessible. The low, flat floor, widened passenger doors and user-friendly ramps ensure passengers can manoeuvre through the bus safely and easily.

For even more space, the battery modules are integrated into the base of the bus for optimal weight balance, ensuring easy manoeuvring and letting in natural light from the roof.

Floating cantilever seats give a more streamlined, sleek appearance and allow for easier cleaning. And thanks to the vehicle’s modular design, seating can be configured to meet customer needs.

Public transport provides access for communities to healthcare, school, work and social opportunities. For it to be as equitable as possible, everyone should be able to use it comfortably and safely. So we’ve designed a Bus that’s made for everyone – passengers, drivers, operators, cleaning staff and city residents, too.

Throughout our design process, we speak to bus drivers and riders to learn about their mobility experiences, using this knowledge to make a Bus that truly serves and empowers communities.

A Bus for drivers

All bus drivers deserve a space that feels like their own – the cabin is their office after all. Based on driver feedback, we’ve streamlined the cabin to be as fuss-free and sleek as possible.

A Bus for passengers

Equally, every passenger deserves a better journey. From boarding and alighting to the onward journey, we have considered every touchpoint. Early input from people of all abilities has informed our open, spacious layout as well as our use of screens on the inside and outside of the Bus.
