Description:

Standard wall panel module with exposed surfaces coated with intelligent wall paint system (ThermoShield® )

Dimensions – 100mm x 600mm x custom length (2100mm to 3600mm +/- 1mm)

Vertical joints – cemented “tongue and groove” (taped and flushed)

Exposed surfaces – coated with ThermoShield® “Interieur” or “Exterieur” wall paint system

Applications:

Internal walls for enhanced U-Value performance and external walls for weather protection

U-Value enhanced by a factor of up to 20% for internal wall solutions (partition and party) providing further reduction in energy costs and ensuring comfort and control of the internal environment

Sym-Wall® is produced from a waste material known as “Flue Gas De-sulphurization (FGD) gypsum" the result of scrubbing environmentally damaging gas emissions from coal-fired power stations. This materiel is diverted from landfill to be used in the production of Sym-Wall® and as a recycled product has a low carbon footprint (embodied energy) at the point of use. It is benign and importantly offers higher purity and strength than natural gypsum.
