Ekatvam supports residential housing societies to avail Property Tax rebate from BMC under the following categories:

 

Wet Waste Management – 5%

Dry Waste Management – 5%

Ekatvam acts as a “Solution cum Service Provider” to housing societies and deploys the following for a fixed cost per month.

Its Own Manpower at society premises

Wet Waste collected is put into machine for turning waste into Compost

Dry waste is segregated and sent to recycling centre/ aggregators

Ekatvam will share records of dry & wet waste managed so that society can claim 10% Property Tax Rebate from BMC
