Rubberized Coir Pads

Coir fibres are transformed into sheets and are sprayed with 100% natural latex to provide, rigidity, elasticity and excellent ventilation. Thereafter, these sheets are placed on a conveyor belt passed through an oven, and finally pressed between two rollers.

The fibres contain closed cells filled with air, which grant the fibre good isolation and resistance against moulding and rottenness in wet environment. They are also flexible, strong and hardly deteriorate at all over time.

Natural Coir fiber with natural rubber latex for bonding. Any width and upto 150mtrs in length. The density around 115kg/cbm and thicknesses of 3.5mm and 7mm.
