Recycled Polythene Sheeting & Tubing

LDPE Polyethylene Sheeting is durable, multi-purpose, weather resistant sheeting that can be reused multiple times with a variety of applications and are widely used for packaging purposes in various industries. The heavy duty black polythene sheeting is suitable as a resistant membrane and is regularly used in the construction industry, garden and home applications. It has excellent durability in both hot and cold temperatures and exhibits stability in outdoor applications.

Black polythene sheeting is resistant to certain chemicals, water resisitant , weather resisitant, is non reactive at room temperatures, has high tensile strength and excellent load bearing capacity. Furthermore it is environmentally friendly and recyclable.

Available in a variety of widths and thicknesses and various other colors such as clear , white opaque , yellow and blue, plus a full range of Schulman colour matching additives can be blended to exact tint as per customer specifications.

Most common sizes available in clear, yellow or black rolls of 40 kgs.

Tubing

Continuous tube of polyethylene on a roll is ideal for packaging long 'difficult to wrap' items. Insert into tubing and cut to required length then heat seal, tied, stapled or taped shut both ends to create made-to-measure bags. It is commonly used in but not limited to Agriculture, Automotive, Construction,Lumber and various other industries.

Tubing available in a variety of thicknesses (120, 200, 300, 400 & 500 Gauge) and width's ranging from 4'' - 48''.

Polythene Shrink Wrap

Available in various sizes and specifications as per customer requirements. It is possible to request for further specific film properties such as Anti-Static (Reducing the ability for static build up in the film for electrical packaging), Freezer Grade – (EVA additive to prevent film cracking down to –30 degrees Centigrade), Outside Storage (UV additive to reduce degradation of the film when stored outside) and Slip and Anti-block (Additional additive to match an exact film slip requirement
