Ozone Panel OSB3
Ozone Panels are load bearing precast panels made up of two facades of OSB3 bonded to Polyisocyanurate foam. The unique Polyisocyanurate foam used in the Ozone Panel creates a light-weight panel with amazing structural strength.
THE OZONE PANEL SYSTEM DELIVERS
- Thermal rating +4.0 (based on 120mm panel thickness)
- Excellent structural/mechanical properties
- 60/60/60 FRL when used with 16mm Boral Firestop™ (or similar) and up to BAL-40 with cladding approved in accordance with AS3959.
- Foam has zero water absorption with no odour, toxic mould or funghi growth (90% closed cell structure based on two-component density between 40 – 45 kg/m3). However the OSB facing must be water-proofed as per standard timber construction.
- Excellent sound absorption characteristics
- No adhesive used to bond the PIR foam to OSB
- Biologically and chemically resistant including protection & resistance to insects, acidic substances, corrosion, etc.
- Organic material with 65% of materials being recyclable and CFC free
- Lightweight ~21kg/m2
- Cost Effective when compared with other SIP products.
