Finally in our selection, one of Scotland's best loved breakfast foods.
The lorne sausage, also known as square sausage is a traditional Scottish staple usually made from minced meat, rusk and spices. After carefully researching the traditional recipes used in butcher shops, we've found the perfect mix of seasonings, herbs and spices to create the ultimate vegan square sausage. Made to tradition, with nothing but plants, the full flavoured way.
Essential to cooked breakfasts, excellent in a morning roll with a good dollop of brown sauce, and the perfect addition to a wrap alongside scrambled tofu and avocado, these wonderfully succulent squares are the ultimate savoury, protein-rich addition to any vegan meal.
Why not crumble it up into a pasta sauce alongside mushrooms and oat cream?
