Step 1 – Application Stage :
Applicant require to fill in the Application form and submit to us by email.
Step 2 – Estimation Stage :
After received the application, we will review and prepare for the estimation proposal.
Step 3 – Stage 1 Audit :
After confirmation on the proposal, we will organize for the Stage 1 Audit. Stage 1 audit mainly on the planning of the audit objective, reviewed the management system documented information, evaluate the sites, understanding the requirement on client’s scope, evaluate internal audit and management review.
Step 4 – Stage 2 Audit :
After completed Stage 1 audit, we will proceed to Stage 2 Audit. Stage 2 audit is evaluating the implementation, and effectiveness of the management system. Perform monitoring, measuring, reporting and review the objective, site audit, management responsibility and etc. The audit is carried out alongside your own people, with results and findings openly discussed and reviewed. At the end of the audit a report is prepared for acknowledgement and acceptance by your company representative. Any corrective actions arising from the audit are discussed and any forward plan of work agreed, including a follow-up visit if needed.
Step 5 – Certification Approval:
The certification approval will be granted, and certificate will be issued once all finding is being rectified.
Step 6 – Surveillance Audit :
Once certificate of approval is issued, which is valid for three years, subject to satisfactory on-going maintenance of your quality management system. Verification is through an audit surveillance programme that is carried out through yearly surveillance visits organised to fit in with your business requirements.
Step 7 – Re-certification Audit :
Every 3 years the management system needs to be re-assessed. Following satisfactory re-certification your certificate is reissued for a further 3 years.
