SIPCO excels in designing and delivering fully BBA-compliant wall, floor, roof, and infill panels for a variety of sectors and building types. Our product range includes Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), timber stud internal panels, engineered floor joists, floor cassettes, and prefabricated dormer window sets. We also supply essential ancillary components such as decking, screws and fixings, breather membranes, adhesives, and tapes.
Structural Walling
Our SIP systems form the complete dry structure of a building, encompassing internal and external walls, floors, trussed, and panelised roofs to create a robust structural envelope. By combining SIP technology with high-performance open web floor joists, laminated timber roof beams, and the SIPCO breather membrane, we ensure that the shell is weather-tight. SIPCO offers large-format panel assembly using either SIP panels or traditional stud framing. Additionally, we provide complete ‘SIP kits,’ supplying individual components to trade buyers.
All SIPs from SIPCO are made with high-pressure injected Polyurethane (PUR) and carry full BBA accreditation. Our structural insulated panels achieve U-values as low as 0.09 W/m²K, enabling a reduced build timeline and a defect-free final product with tight tolerances. We also offer Chain of Custody accreditation for FSC and PEFC-certified timber.
Infill Walling
SIPs are frequently specified as infill for steel, concrete, oak, or glulam timber frame structures, and can be positioned either inside or outside the frame, eliminating the need for traditional frame cladding. This method of infill walling is quick to install, accelerating high-rise construction and enabling a rapid dry envelope. SIP infill walling also reduces thermal bridging, making it an excellent alternative to traditional Steel Framing Systems.
Roof Space
SIPCO is also a specialist in creating habitable roof solutions. SIP technology offers an outstanding opportunity to maximize headroom in roof and loft spaces, providing excellent thermal performance and minimizing air leakage. SIPCO roof systems can be installed swiftly, achieving weather-tightness more quickly than traditional attic trusses.
