G-loc Zero Plus

The G-Loc Zero Plus wall is a high performance passive rated wall with a BBA Certified U-Value of 0.12 W m-2 K-1. It is an upgraded version of the standard G-Loc wall, and is suitable for use in super energy efficient buildings, such as buildings that require a Zero energy rating. This wall can be finished using an Acrylic render, Cladding Board, Masonry or Stone facing externally. This wall has the capacity of carrying either timber or concrete floors (Subject to engineering checks). As this wall is a "warm type", it does not require any ventilation. A 24mm service cavity is incorporated in to the wall. Please note that a special version of this wall is available with U-Values of 0.1 W m-2 K-1.
