eWater Sanitiser is anti-microbial solution produced by the eWater Hygiene System using two simple ingredients – water and sodium chloride. The solution is a scientifically proven and effective anti-microbial across a wide range of commercial applications. It works by using a combination of elements in an activated electrochemical state to break down and destroy bacteria and biofilms. As a HACCP certified solution, it is a suitable and effective sanitising agent for commercial kitchens and in particular for handling and preparing food. It leaves no residue, does not affect the taste or texture of food and has been shown to extend shelf life. It is 100% safe to use in sensitive environments and around children or people with allergies or sensitivities. The solution contains no fragrances, colourants or synthetic chemicals.
