The Department of Energy published draft Regulations regarding Registration, Reporting on energy Management and Submission of Energy Management Plans in March 2015. The threshold for the submission of energy management plans is set at 400,000 Gigajoules total energy consumption per year. Companies will have to demonstrate efficiency improvements through the energy management plans.
