Drip Irrigation Pipes

The pipe division of Polydime was set up in 2009 mainly to produce Alkathene Pipes for the conveyance of water at plantations. We currently product such pipe is varying diameters in accordance to the required specification of our customers located around the country. Most of these pipes are produced using a blend of virgin and recycle material.  

We commenced the production of drip irrigation in end 2012 with the procurement of a state of the art, fully automatic complete line that has the capability to produce approximately 1500 Kgs, translates to approximately 25,000 meters of Pipe per day.

Co-extruded sheets in roll form and bags (2 Layer,3 Layer). (Multi-layer films) UV Treated bags (Ultra Violet treatment) -6 months to 5 years, with guarantee certification for UV stability and exposure periods in green house conditions for use in any part of the world. Roll forms and bags out of Re-cycled HDPE, LDPE & LLDPE pelletized materials. (e.g.50% Re-cycle+50% Virgin materials or interlayer with re-cycle materials and outer layer with virgin materials, or vice versa etc.) Anti slip films/bags. Bio & Photo Degradable bags. Luminous coloured bags. Anti-static bags.
