COLOURPYNE® MELAMINE MDF PANELS

Elegant and versatile Colourpyne® is a tough scratch resistance surface which can be used in cupboards, shelves, pantries and cabinets, storage units, bathroom cabinetry, laundry cabinets, wardrobes, general shelving and much more. Melamine technology ensures high quality, durable panels available in a variety of colours.

COLOURS

The Colourpyne® range features a palette of contemporary and classic prints from solid and special colours to authentic woodgrains, including leading edge colours featured in our Wilderness Series.

SURFACE FINISHES

Changing the look of your Colourpyne® Melamine can be as simple as changing the surface finish*.

Gloss: A smooth, shiny finish.
Decor: A lightly textured, orange-peel like surface.
Naturale: An embossed natural woodgrain like surface.
Velvet: A delicate eggshell surface
*Not all colours are available in all finishes.

COMPLIANCE

Formaldehyde emissions meet the E0 standards of <0.5 mg/L (MDF substrate), when tested in accordance with AS/NZS 4266.16:2004 – test method 16.

Colourpyne products are ecospecifier Global Green Tag Certified GreenRate / Level B.

Green Star environmental ratings – both E1 and E0 are eligible to earn points under the Indoor Environment Quality section of the Green Star Office Interiors program. Formaldehyde Emission Statement – MDF.

RANGE

Colourpyne® is offered in a range of different sheet sizes and substrates. This enables the product to cater for a wide range of applications and different cutting equipment. Substrates include particleboard and medium density fibreboard (MDF). All substrates are manufactured from sustainably managed and renewable plantation pine.

A moisture resistant grade (MR) is offered to resist moisture uptake. However, Colourpyne® should not be used in areas where is it exposed to a high moisture levels for example, as wall linings for exteriors or wet areas in regular contact with water, or for benchtops in kitchens and bathrooms. The Colourpyne® palette has been designed to co-ordinate with widely available high pressure laminate ranges that are suitable for high moisture applications.
