Through a process of soaking in water and hand harvested sea salt, a technique that reflects the right environmental conditions for germination to begin, and has been used by civilisations for centuries, the enzyme inhibitors and phytic acid are greatly reduced or completely eliminated. This process unlocks the nut or seeds full potential by releasing healthy enzymes, making it easier for the body to digest and allowing the nutrients contained within to be fully absorbed and utilised by the body. After activating the nut, we then use a slow dehydration process which enhances the flavour and adds an extra crunch.
