70/30 Fine Lawn Top Dressing

70/30 Top Dressing is a high quality topdressing material, suitable for dressing any fine turf. Popular with bowls clubs and the owners of fine lawns, it can be used to produce a smooth, free draining turf surface and open soil structure. Application of 70/30 top dressing over fresh seed, improves seed to soil contact thereby encouraging germination and aiding healthy seed establishment. The Top dressing 70/30 is made from rounded and sub rounded washed silica sand and sterilised loam and screened to 4mm. Top dressing can be used to smooth the lawn or pitch surface, after hollow coring or when overseeding to provide cover for the new seed.
