Sashan is a graduate of the Masters of Science, Technology and Environmental Policy (MSSTEP) from the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, Minnesota, USA. Additionally, he has a Master of Science in Public and Non-Profit Institutions from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota, USA. For his undergraduate degree, Sashan obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, Texas, USA. Sashan was a consultant in water resource management research that focuses on urban livelihoods, water policy, the water, energy, food, and ecosystem nexus, urban water conservation, urban water education, and urban water governance and institutions. His work experience includes research projects in the USA, and Sri Lanka with non-governmental organizations, local non-profits, private sector, and higher education institutions. Sashan is also a freelance writer for Lanka Monthly Digest on water technology issues, and consults with the International Water Management Institute and the International Union for the Conservation of Nature on various water projects internationally and nationally. Using his knowledge Sashan hopes to create a stable environment for innovation, and research in environmental sustainability and urban development.

Niroshi is a graduate of Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia (UEA) Norwich, United Kingdom, with a MSc. in Branding & Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Journalism. She is also a practicing journalist working towards humanitarian and equal rights causes here in Sri Lanka. She is a diverse marketer with experience in fields such as media and promotions and brand advancement. She was the former Chief Impact Officer for Alana Athletica - a non-profit that markets products produced by victims of abuse - she spearheaded the campaign for Asia. She has also been part of the Sri Lanka media industry for over a decade with prominent job roles in companies such as Maharaja Broadcasting Corporation (MBC), Asset Radio Pvt Limited (FOX) and Voice of Asia Pvt Limited (REAL & KISS FM).She is a creator of campaigns and a locally and internationally published journalist and writer, creating and marketing some of the biggest event campaign for these media giants. She is a passionate environmentalist and believes that green marketing is the way of the future.

Randika is a graduate of the Masters of Development Practice (MDP) in International Development program from the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, Minnesota, USA. Additionally, he has a Master of Science in Public and Non-Profit Institutions from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota, USA. For his undergraduate, Randika obtained a dual degree in Finance and Supply Chain Management from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Arizona, USA. Randika is an Evaluator and Researcher that focuses on education, rural livelihoods, agriculture, public health, and business and economic development. His work experience includes monitoring and evaluation and research projects in the USA, Kenya, Philippines, Jamaica, Senegal, and Sri Lanka with non-governmental organizations, local non-profits, and higher education institutions.

Piroshini works as an Independent Evaluation Consultant, closely working with the Parliamentarians Forum for Development Evaluation- South Asia (PFDE-SA) and Sri Lanka Parliamentarians Forum for Evaluation. Currently, she is also the Manager for Capacity Development of PFDE-SA. Shewas an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (CIMA) of UK. She commenced her carrier as an accountant, working in two national and international blue chip companies in Sri Lanka and was subsequently promoted as Company Secretary where she had exposure to strategic management in the corporate sector. She has worked on Social Development Audits, Social and Economic Impact Assessments, Impact Evaluations, Strategic Planning, Baseline Surveys, Needs Assessments, Capacity Building on Logical Frame Analysis (LFA) for Projects of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), U.S. Agriculture Department (USAD), UNICEF, Asian Development Bank (ADB Colombo and Head Quarters), Save the Children International , PADEM, War Child Holland (WCH), UN-Habitat, World Bank, Diakonia Sri Lanka, Oxfam Australia, Development Fund Norway (Utviklingsfondet) and Investigations cum Audits of Garment Factories in Sri Lanka in compliance with Benchmarks of Fair Labor Association (FLA). She held the post of Joint Secretary of Sri Lanka Evaluation Association (SLEvA) during 2011 till 2014 and Vice President from 2014 to 2015.

Denham is a graduate of University of Sri Jayawardenapura with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has held many professional posts in companies that expand over a variety of fields. He is currently the Head of Business Development at Total Consulting Solutions Pvt Limited as well as the Managing Director of TODDS Enterprises, which deals in the areas of export of raw materials, social media marketing, web and logo designing and marketing and distribution solutions. He previously worked as Product/Key Account Manager at Samsung Electronics Pvt Limited Sri Lanka and also as the Area Sales Manager of Coca Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Limited. He has also worked for NADEC – Foods (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and British American Tobacco, Sri Lanka. Denham is highly skilled in areas encompassing finance management, strategy and planning, resource management, project management, trade marketing and distribution and event management, and is passionate about using his acquired skill set and his plethora of accumulated experience and expertise towards making the world a sustainable and better place.

Nicola De Mel is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. She also minored in English Literature. She then completed a Master's degree in Management of Intellectual Property at Queen Mary, University of London. Nicola has professional experience working in Moody's Analytics (Amba Research) as an Associate Vice President in the Fund Marketing Services team. She led two teams that focused on developing and managing the global web presence of an US based investment firm. Nicola also has experience with public affairs and advocacy from her work at the European Chamber of Commerce. She represented the chamber at high level meetings at the European Commission and in the Ministry of Finance of Sri Lanka. She also provided trade and investment support to interested organizations. Nicola has also expanded her knowledge of Patenting and IP rights with her work at MAS Innovation. She worked as an IP analyst and performed various patent analytics support functions. Nicola hopes to utilize her broad skillset to provide eco solutions to companies and organizations around the world.

Sanuri is currently a student of Royal Institute of Colombo, reading for her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of London, UK. Having chaired environment-based projects in school she has grown enthusiastic about working towards a greener environment in various different ways. Sanuri is also involved in humanitarian work – in 2018, she worked in schools in the Johor Bahru area in Malaysia in order to spread awareness about climate change to children on a volunteer basis. She is a passionate and driven individual who is a feminist and hopes to work towards making better lives for women and children globally.

Nishedha is an undergraduate student, currently reading for a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Colombo while pursuing an LLB from the University of London, UK part time. She is a literature enthusiast dedicated towards using her knowledge to spread awareness about current issues and writing to make a change in the world. Nishedha in interested in any sort of work that will change the world and make it a better place for all of humanity to co-exist in. She hopes to play a pivotal part in the gradual and definite development of human living conditions and environmental preservation worldwide.
