The OLA Bamboo family is made up of 3 young Canadian entrepreneurs, Jean-Philippe Bergeron, Simon-Pier Ouellet and Vicky Jodry, who wanted to make a difference for the planet. Everyone knows that plastic causes devastating effects on the environment, especially on marine life! The internet and social media are full of heartbreaking photos revealing the perverse effects of plastic found in nature. But what can we do concretely so that it changes? This is where the idea got its way.
Specialties
Making a difference means starting with small gestures. Our adventure started with the bamboo toothbrush, because it is an element that we will use all our life and which is (almost) always plastic! But we weren't going to stop there! A ton of utility items are disposable and pollute enormously.
Hence the creation of our various other ecological products, such as our reusable bamboo utensils and straws, our reusable cleansing pads, our ecological dental floss and much more!
