GreenRE is a leading Malaysian green rating tool spearheading the drive for a new level of sustainability and performance in the construction sector. Through the implementation of our standards, the built environment will consist of structures that are environmentally responsible and resource efficient. We find it is important to go green which reduces pollution and degradation of environment, and protects occupant health. ​ Here, we commit to encourage the property development industry​ to be sustainable, energy saving, and pursuing green building certification across several areas that address sustainability issues in Malaysia. With new green technology constantly being developed, the benefits of green building can range from environmental to economic to social.​ GreenRE's green rating standards was also established to promote the development and growing need for green building and township in Malaysia.
