FCC Environment

Waste to Resource Management

FCC Environment is one of the UK’s leading waste and resource management companies. Our approach is to minimise the amount of waste that ends up in landfill by transforming it into valuable resources wherever possible.

We became FCC Environment in 2012 when Focsa Services (UK) and Waste Recycling Group (both part of global infrastructure, environmental services and energy group FCC Citizen Services) came together under this new brand. We employ nearly 2,400  people across the UK and operate a range of waste management sites including material recycling facilities (MRF), energy from waste (EfW) plants and landfill sites.

Specialties

UK Key Infrastructure - We own and operate more than 200 recycling, treatment and disposal facilities across the UK.

100 Contracts - We hold more than 100 contracts across some 60 local authorities.

102MW - We produce 102mw of green energy each year.
