Insulated glass

Insulated glass of SADO GROUP is manufactured by modern production line provided by LiSEC. Materials for processing glass such as desiccants, butyl, polysulfide, silicone and aluminium spacer bars meets European quality standards. Our insulated glass consists of two or more layers of glass separated by an aluminum spacer filled with desiccants inside. The edges are sealed to create a dead air space between the layers. The insulated glass of SADO GROUP offers higher thermal and sound insulation because it is filled with the high purity Argon gas.

Threshold Plates and ramps

A comprehensive range of threshold plates and ramps that are commonly used to accommodate a change in levels or to create a flat surface to maximize the efficiency of door bottom seals.

 

Used where the door sill is uneven, this threshold plate creates a level sealing surface that greatly enhances the ability of door bottom seals to restrict the passage of sound, smoke, energy or weather.

LAS3001 si door bottom seal

These products seal the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, a very commonly overlooked risk area. It is particularly important for smoke protection where the gap is in excess of 3mm, the maximum allowable for a fire/smoke door. Threshold sealing is also essential for effective acoustic containment, and many of these products have been acoustically tested too (please refer to individual product pages for details).

Door LAS8001 si drop seal

This fully mortised aluminium automatic drop seal features a silicone rubber gasket and internal fins. It is used to close the gap under single swing doors to maintain their acoustic, smoke or energy efficiency performance. The seal incorporates a high efficiency spring loaded mechanism that extends the seal as the door swings shut and automatically retracts it as the door is opened by just a few centimetres.

LVH high performance door dampers

Gaps around the four sides of a fire door leaf are essential – it’s the only way the door can open and close.
