What is Zureli?

Zureli is a website that acts as a global marketplace and search directory linking manufacturers and distributors of environmentally friendly building and construction products and services with customers and industry stakeholders. The Zureli website also offers a user-friendly community forum where like-minded people can post information, add comments, view events, receive news and other relevant content and discuss and find solutions to sustainable issues.

How Do I Create an Account?

Click on the Log In / Sign Up button on the top right of your screen.

Proceed to log in if you already have an account, if not click the Sign Up button.

Either create a company account by filling in your company information on the left hand form titled “Register Company Account” OR to create a personal account fill in your personal details on the right hand side titled “Register Personal account” and then click Register.

Please note that you can only list products and services if you register for a company account.

We will send you an email to complete the registration process. Please log into your email and click on the link provided in order to activate your account.  Please check your junk / spam folders as your email provider may not recognise our welcome email as a legitimate email.

How Do I Edit My Profile?

When you are logged in, click on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen. Then click on Edit Profile and then click on “Manage”.

On the Edit Profile page you can add your company logo or profile picture and cover image,  and fill in your company description or a personal description (this should be as detailed as possible to help users find your company / profile easily and learn more about your company / you).

If you have a company account, you can also add your company PDF catalogues, video and pictures to provide more information to visitors.

When you are done editing, click on “Save Changes”.  You can edit your profile at any time by returning to your user dropdown menu found on the top right hand corner of your screen.

How Do I Sign up to a Package / Free Trial?

(Only relevant for Company Accounts)

Anyone can browse the product / services directory and interact with users of the Zureli platform free of charge.

However, if you wish to list your product / service, you will need to register for a company account and then sign up to one of our 3 subscription packages.

As part of our current launch promotion,  we are offering a free 1-month trial on all packages!

First you will need to log in, then go to the top right of your screen and click on your company name dropdown and click on the “Subscription” tab.

You can pick one of our 3 packages: “Leaf”, “Branch” or “Tree”, depending of how many products or services you would like to list.

When you have chosen your package you will be taken to our secure Braintree payment gateway. Here all you have to do is fill in your billing and credit card details. We are currently offering a free 1-month trial regardless of whether you wish to subscribe on an annual or monthly basis. You will accordingly NOT be charged anything for the first month.

Once you have completed the payment process, you will be able to list as many products or services as your package allows.

How Do I List a Product / Service?

(Only relevant for Company Accounts)

When you are logged in, click on the “Add Product / Service” button on the top right corner of your screen OR click on your company dropdown menu and go down to “Product Dashboard” or “Services Dashboard”.  Then click  “Manage” and the click “Add Product” or “Add Service”.

Pick a category your product / service fits in and then click  “Continue”.

This page is the main showcase for your product / service listing so we would recommend that you are give as much detail as possible.

Here, you can upload your main image and upload up to 5 additional images into the image gallery which relate to your product / service.

Fill in the “Title” field.  This will be the main title of the product listing so make sure it explains what the product is.

Fill in the “Description” field. This will be the main area where you can explain and sell the product/service you provide. Please be as detailed as possible.

Work your way down the form filling in the other fields; you can also upload product/service catalogues and other technical information (CAD/BIM files).

Once you click on the “Submit” button your product / service will be live.

You can edit or delete you product / service in your account “Dashboard” at any time.

What Type of Product / Service Can I List?

Zureli is an eco-platform and accordingly, we encourage products and services that have been certified by credible and recognised third party certifiers to be listed on our site.

However, we are willing to consider your product / service as being “self-certified” as a green/eco-friendly item provided you adhere to our terms and conditions and are willing to provide us with information to support your claims.

We reserve the right to review and remove any product / service that does not adhere to our standards.

How Do I Share Information on Zureli?

There are many ways you can share information on the Zureli platform.

Click on “Your Profile” on the header menu bar and then scroll down and you will see you have 3 options: “Update Status”, “Upload Image / Video” and “Write an Article”.

“Update Status” can be used to share information from other websites.  Just put in the URL of the article you want to share in the box at the top of your news feed on your profile page.

“Upload Image / Video” is an easy way for you to publish a video or image directly on your page.

“Write an Article” will take you to a page where you can write an article. Here you can add an image and a title and then start writing. When you are done just press “Publish”.  You will then be taken to your profile page where you can select an option for Zureli to publish your article so it appears on the “Newsroom” which will increase your company’s exposure and allow you to engage directly with other members of the Zureli community.

How Do I Find Eco-Friendly and Green Products / Services with the Zureli platform?

Browse Zureli’s directory of green building products and services by category from the home page key categories menu or use the search bar which can be found on each page for a more tailored search. You can filter through various sub categories if you are looking for a product.

Orders, Memberships and Billing

I Have Lost or Forgotten My Password. How Can I Retrieve It?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request for this to be sent to you by email by clicking on “Forgotten Password?” on the Log In page.

If you no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with your account, please contact us at support@zureli.comto reset your password.

You can change your password anytime when you are logged in through your profile settings page.

How Do I Renew My Zureli Membership?

For your convenience, your monthly or yearly subscription will be deducted month-by-month or year-by-year depending on what payment terms you have selected.

If you have cancelled your subscription and want to re activate it, you can just go on the subscription tab in your settings and sign up for a new package.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, just go to your name dropdown menu on the top right hand of your screen and click “Manage” your settings. On your account page, there is a view button next to “Subscription”. You will have the option to edit your card details or cancel your subscription.There is a “cancel subscription” buttonnext to the information relating to your confirmed subscription receipt.

Zureli is not What I Expected. Can I Get a Refund?

We will offer a refund but only in special circumstances.You will need to email us at support@zureli.com and explain your situation for us to consider granting any partial or full refund.

How Do I Receive Notification of New Zureli Content?

When there is breaking news, service updates or other pertinent information in relation to our site and services, we email Zureli newsletter subscribers with fresh content.  Sign up here.

Zureli officially supports Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer. If you are having trouble viewing content on our site with any of these browsers please let us know. I am Having Trouble Viewing a PDF I Downloaded from your Web Site. What Should I Do?
